The Buyer's rights and obligations are established by Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as by any national legislative acts implementing this Directive.

The Buyer consents to the collection, processing and/or storage by the Supplier of his/her Personal Data, including name, surname, address, personal code, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth.

The Buyer's personal data will be collected, processed and/or stored for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations that are established by or result from the Terms and Conditions, the Sales Agreement and/or the management of the User Account. If the Buyer does not object to the processing of his/her Personal Data by the Supplier, the Supplier shall have the right to collect, process and/or store such Data for the purpose of sending the Buyer commercial messages and other information regarding the Supplier's goods, services or business. By using the Site, the Buyer expressly consents to the processing of his/her Personal Data. The Buyer's consent under this article regarding marketing purposes is free and optional and does not prejudice the conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Parties.

The Supplier shall also have the right to collect, process and/or store the Buyer's Personal Data for security purposes, to meet legal and regulatory requirements, as well as to be able to transmit this Data to the courts at their request.

The buyer will have the right to:

access his/her Personal Data;

opposes the processing of his/her Personal Data;

obtain information regarding his/her Personal Data;

modify or delete his/her Personal Data.

In this regard, the Buyer may exercise its rights provided for in Article 13.4.

The Buyer undertakes to ensure that the Personal Data it provides to the Supplier is correct, complete and up-to-date, in particular at the time of registering the User Account or placing the Order. The Buyer shall notify the Supplier without delay of any change to its Personal Data. The Parties agree that the Supplier shall not be held liable for the inability to deliver the Order if the Buyer has provided the Supplier with incorrect or incomplete Personal Data.

The Provider shall have the right to request the processing of Personal Data by a third party (data controller).

The carrier delivering the Product will have the right to access the Personal Data relevant to the fulfillment of its obligations as carrier. The Personal Data will be considered confidential information that may not be communicated to third parties except in the cases expressly established in the Terms and Conditions.

Personal data will be processed by the Supplier for the period of time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations that are established by or result from the Terms and Conditions and/or the Sales Contract.

Personal data will be processed by the Provider manually or using electronic means, by automated or non-automated means.

In case of violation of the provisions related to Personal Data, in particular in case of unauthorized access, destruction, intentional manipulation, processing of Personal Data in violation of the Buyer's right to privacy or statutory requirements, or if the processing of Personal Data exceeds the purpose indicated in the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer may:

Request clarification from the Provider or data controller regarding the processing of his/her Personal Data;

Request rectification of the situation.

The Supplier will provide the Buyer with information regarding its Personal Data. In this regard, the Supplier may request remuneration not exceeding the cost of providing such information.

This data does not physically exist on the servers running the 1zero1.ro website, being accessible only by authorized personnel through the internal network. Each user has the right to see only his own personal data that he has entered.
