RETURN & PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You may request a return of your items within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Before sending any items back, you must contact us by email at comenzi@1zero1.ro or fill out a return form here.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a valid return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • All items from the same order must be returned together in a single package.
  • Please include the return form or a copy of your invoice.

Excluded from return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items with printed or embroidered customizations
  • Products showing visible signs of use, damage, or wear

Please note:

👉 Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
👉 Returns must be shipped to us via standard postal service or a preferred courier chosen by the customer.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please inform us immediately. You may request a replacement or a full refund.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
