RETURN & PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You may request a return of your items within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Before sending any items back, you must contact us by email at comenzi@1zero1.ro or fill out a return form here.

To initiate a return, please follow the three simple steps below:

Pack the items carefully, preferably in their original packaging. Ensure that all tags, labels, accessories, and extras are included. Products must show no signs of use—no wearing, washing, damage, perfume, makeup, or any other wear. If you no longer have the return form, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

To start a return, please contact us by email at comenzi@1zero1.ro or fill out the return form. Include your order number, full name, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. After submitting your request, you may create your own return shipping label using the return address provided on this page. We will also send you any additional information needed to prepare your return correctly.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Shopify Payments, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take 2–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a valid return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • All items from the same order must be returned together in a single package.
  • Please include the return form or a copy of your invoice.

Excluded from return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items with printed or embroidered customizations
  • Products showing visible signs of use, damage, or wear

Please note:

👉 Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
👉 Returns must be shipped to us via standard postal service or a preferred courier chosen by the customer.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please inform us immediately. You may request a replacement or a full refund.
If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded.
