Delivery and return

Orders registered in our system on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery time is 1-2 business days. This may vary depending on the volume of orders received and the delivery times of the Sameday courier company.

Shipping costs 15 Lei for all orders under 400 Lei throughout Romania .

Shipping is FREE for all orders over 400 lei throughout Romania .

For delivery to EU member countries, the shipping cost will be calculated in the cart, upon order completion.

Product Returns

You can return the products FREE of charge within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with labels attached, and must not show any signs of physical wear or damage.

ATTENTION!!! Return costs will only be covered by us if the return is made via the Sameday courier company, using the Easybox Return service. (return.sameday.ro/1zero1)

WARNING!!! Products with custom dimensions and products personalized by printing or embroidery cannot be returned!

The refund for the returned products will be made via bank transfer to the account indicated in the return form, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

If you require a different size for the ordered product(s), you can request this within 15 days of receiving the package, with the return shipping costs covered by us.

If you want a different product, you need to place a new order for the desired product and return the original product, and we will refund the value of the original product within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your package.

Delivery of a product other than the one ordered must be reported immediately. The buyer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, may opt for replacement with another product or a full refund. If the replacement is with a product of higher value, the buyer will pay the difference; if the value is lower, the buyer will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product.
